What to expect after you send it
We read it and reply with a price and a timeline in writing. If what you have described is outside what we do — paid advertising, logo design, a build that needs software we do not work with — we will say so plainly rather than take the job and learn on your money.
If it is a fit, the next step is a real design for you to approve before anything is built. Changes at that stage are included and not counted.
Four to six weeks from approval, and the range is honest: the build takes days, the calendar is set by how quickly approvals and content come back.

We are a remote team with no office in Iowa, and everything happens over email and scheduled calls. If sitting across a table matters to you, that is a real reason to hire somebody local and we would rather you knew now.
